The mail is still in Gmail... It's just a pain having to reset it up again. Yes I noticed that Gmail has now better imap features only release a few days ago. IMAP labs. Do any of the folders show up for you? And has your mail been deleted from your online account or is it that they just don't show up in Thunderbird? @katyousha
